General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the contractual rights and obligations between the Seller and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".
2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost care on the website. Each product page lists the essential characteristics to clearly inform the Customer.
3. PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros and are stated excluding taxes (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the General Tax Code).
The Seller, as a sole trader, is not subject to VAT.
Prices may be changed at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. ORDERS
Orders are placed exclusively online via the website.
An order is considered firm and final upon receipt of payment and the sending of a confirmation email to the Customer.
5. PAYMENT
Payment for purchases is made online using the payment methods offered on the website.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment or a transaction issue.
6. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided as estimates. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or any other cause beyond its control.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.
8. WARRANTIES
All products benefit from the legal warranties in force, namely the warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
9. LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the products, negligence, or failure to comply with the provided instructions for use.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements on the website (texts, images, illustrations, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or use, even partial, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete personal data concerning them. Any request may be addressed to the Seller via the contact methods available on the website.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
