The Story of Rose Hill Paris

Jewelry designed in Paris, with roots on the other side of the world.

Behind Rose Hill

Behind Rose Hill, there is Bertille. She has always had a passion for jewelry.

Alongside the brand, she is studying intellectual property law. Studying what protects creations has only strengthened her natural affinity for art and her desire to create pieces that truly reflect her.

Each Rose Hill necklace is an original creation, designed and assembled by hand in Paris.

Why Rose Hill?

Rose Hill is a town on the island of Mauritius, where Bertille's grandfather came from. By giving this name to her brand, she took a little piece of that island with her: its light, its sea, its warmth.

Rose Hill was born from this dual heritage: the eye of a Parisian and roots from elsewhere.

The fish, our emblem

The fish is the symbol of Rose Hill. It tells the story of the summer girls of the sea: those who live by the rhythm of the waves, with salt on their skin and hair in the wind, and who carry a little bit of summer with them once they return to the city.

Much more than a beach accessory

Too often, the fish is just another marine motif. Bertille was determined to give it its rightful place: that of a symbol. In many cultures, it brings luck and serves as a lucky charm.

This is why she designed necklaces where the fish is not a detail, but the heart of the jewelry: articulated, in gold-plated brass, resting on a string of pearls like a lucky charm you keep close to you.
